Brief: Lee to host six sporting events this weekend

Lee University will be host to six different sporting events throughout this upcoming weekend. Kicking off with two soccer games and a tailgate hosted by SAAC and SLC on Friday night, there are plenty of opportunities to support the Flames this weekend.
Women’s Soccer
The women’s soccer team is looking to extend their winning streak to five games this Friday night, taking on 24th ranked Mississippi College at 5 p.m. There will be a tailgate party hosted by SAAC and SLC to accompany the games, also beginning at 5 p.m. There will be frisbee games, rope ball and food provided by Stadium BBQ.
The women’s team will then host Delta State University on Sunday at 1 p.m..
Men’s Soccer
Fresh off a victory over rival Shorter University, the men’s soccer team will be looking for another conference victory when they take on Mississippi College on Friday night following the women’s game. The game is set to kick-off at 7 p.m.
The men’s team will also be hosting Delta State University this Sunday at 3 p.m.
Volleyball
Coming off a tough loss to Emory University, the Lady Flames are looking to bounce back against the University of Alabama in Huntsville this Friday night. The game starts at 7 p.m. in the Walker Arena.
The Lady Flames will then host the University of Montevallo on Saturday at 2 p.m., also in the Walker Arena.
