10 signs you're already on spring break

Let's face it, as the homework and exams pile up, the motivation usually doesn't follow. Many of us are practically already gone ' at least mentally. If you find yourself doing most, or all of these, as I have, then it might be time to find some ways to refocus ' or find ways to make it just one more week, before all the sleep and fun you can dream of.

1.) You're already packed.

Not only is your car packed full of anything you might possibly need for spring break (and then some), you're already bringing some stuff home for summer.

2.) You refuse to go grocery shopping.

Why buy food when you're about to leave? Time to pull out all those canned goods your parents sent with you to school freshman year.

3.) You're napping just about everywhere you go.

Whether it be the hallway couches, your desk, your car or the floor, nothing is too uncomfortable for a tired college student.

4.) You're binge watching Netflix each night.

Why do homework now when you can do it later? I mean, after going to all your classes, you really do deserve a reward.

5.) You forgot what time your class actually starts.

All you know is somehow, you're constantly late. The professor has learned to just accept it but still shoots you a quick glare as you shuffle to your seat. But really, why don't they leave time for Chic-fil-a stops after chapel?

6.) You're skipping class for Starbucks with the squad.

And feeling no regret as you pass by your class holding your vanilla chai latte with two shots of espresso. Haters gonna hate.

7.) You're working on assignments the class before they're due

In all honesty, spring break or not, cranking out that two-page essay the class before is a norm. But with spring break only one week away, sometimes you don't even start working on it until you're sitting in the class it's due, blaming the printers.

8.) You're working out excessively ' or trying to.

We all want that beach-ready body, but working out is not as appealing during the winter. Spring break is summer pre-game, so although the motivation lacks and it's still chilly out, you push yourself to go to the gym more (or at least think about going more).

9.) You plan everything for after spring break.

Group projects? Essays? Homework? Reading? Meetings? One-on-ones? They can all wait, after all, you have to keep your schedule clear in case something happens on one of your Netflix shows.

10.) You haven't done laundry in weeks.

Why spend my money doing laundry when I can just wait and do it all at home? And maybe if I'm nice enough, my parents will do it for me'

Keep going, everyone. Do whatever it takes to get to spring break.

Because in the end, you've got this.
