2. Lecrae distributes hand-washing stations across Atlanta

On Thursday, Christian hip hop artist Lecrae Moore collaborated with non-profit organization Love Beyond Walls to help issue 15 wash stations in various parts of Atlanta.

According to AP News, Lecrae and Love Beyond Walls placed these washing stations in areas “with a high density of homeless people.”

Lecrae told Atlanta’s Channel 2 that this is a way for him to give back to the place he currently calls home.

“It’s a major city, and in a major city, like this, it speaks very loud,” Lecrae said. “The love is loud, appreciation is loud, but the problems are loud as well. The city has shown me so much love, so I wanted to be sure to show it back.”

3. Tulsi Gabbard ends 2020 presidential campaign

Hawaii Representative Tulsi Gabbard announced on Thursday she plans to suspend her presidential campaign.

In a statement posted to social media, Gabbard revealed to viewers her decision to end her campaign and her endorsement of former Vice President Joe Biden.
