1. Lee Student Jared Herzog auditions on The Voice

Jared Herzog, a music business major, made his debut on the show on Monday night. His cover of “Speechless” by Dan + Shay won over three of the show’s four celebrity judges.

Herzog chose to work with musician John Legend, saying that he had wanted to work with the “All of Me” singer for “a long time.”

2. The Lee Clarion releases October playlists

A new month means a new batch of Spotify playlists curated by Clarion staff. 

In addition to our Indie, Alt-Pop, Alt Rock and Christian playlists, we will be featuring Rap, Metal and Punk, Folk and Country and Ambient music — the last of which will feature some spooky tunes for Halloween.

3. Faculty art show reception Thursday

Squires Library will be hosting a faculty art show reception at 4 p.m. this Thursday. Students and faculty are welcome to attend.
